Definitions
Ornexi CV ("the Service", "we") provides an AI-powered resume building tool. "User" means any person using the Service.
Acceptance
By using the Service you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Age requirement
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Minors may not use the Service without parental or guardian consent.
The Service
A free watermarked preview is provided; a clean PDF is available after payment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or restrict access to the Service at any time.
Your content and ownership
You retain full ownership of the content you enter. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to process that content solely to provide the Service, for the duration required.
Data retention and automatic deletion
Unpaid CVs are permanently deleted within 14 days of creation, after a warning email is sent to the account address. Purchased CVs are kept for up to 180 days from the payment date and then permanently deleted. Deletion is final and cannot be undone — it is your responsibility to download your PDF before the period ends. The time remaining until deletion is shown next to each CV on your account page, and unpaid CVs can be deleted manually at any time. In addition, an account with no login for 180 days is permanently deleted with all its contents, after a warning email is sent to the account address about 14 days in advance; signing in again restarts the clock (this mechanism is separate from the 180-day payment-date retention of purchased CVs). Intellectual property — AI-generated output
The resume generated by the AI is provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive licence. Ornexi CV does not claim ownership over the content of your generated resume. All rights in the platform, design, code, and branding remain with Ornexi CV.
AI-generated content
Resumes are generated by a language model and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the content before use.
Payment and refunds
Pricing is displayed on the checkout page and is subject to applicable VAT. Completed transactions are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
Prohibited use
- Knowingly submitting false or misleading information
- Attempting to compromise system security or circumvent limits
- Using the Service for fraud, harm to third parties, or any unlawful purpose
- Automated scraping of Service content
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District, subject to prior mediation.
